Elefanten and Dana Schweiger are looking for Germany’s sportiest kindergarten

The completion "Germany’s sportiest kindergarten" of the children’s shoe brand Elefanten is getting prominent support. The entrepreneur and presenter Dana Schweiger (40) assumes the patronage for the nationwide campaign, which awards a total of 15,000 Euros prize money to sporty kindergartens. Dana Schweiger, estranged wife of actor Til Schweiger and herself mother of four children has for years committed herself to children’s welfare. The former model supports the jury of the Elefanten competition, which also includes sports scientist Professor Dr. Klaus Bös from Karlsruhe.

The reason for the campaign: Germany’s children are becoming less and less active. That is why the children’s shoe brand Elefanten supports sporty kindergartens. Already 300 kindergartens have applied for the campaign this year. Children of the ten best kindergartens will compete in a sporty final, which takes place on 15th September 2008.
